A Family Business Built on Showing Up
Riverside Restoration was founded in 2009 by Jim Hargrove, a former firefighter who saw firsthand how devastating property damage could be — and how often homeowners were left to navigate it alone.
Jim started with two trucks, a team of three, and one rule: answer every call and show up every time. Fifteen years later, that rule hasn't changed. We've grown to a team of 34 certified technicians serving the entire Chicago metro area, but the ethos is exactly the same.
We're not a franchise. We're not a call center. We're your neighbors — and when something goes wrong at 2am, we answer the phone.
